FRIENDLY REMINDER:
IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM MS. BELL-JOHNSON REGARDING RIPPED JEANS
Dear parents - we want to remind you all that ripped pants are not allowed at Nathan Hale Middle School. We pride ourselves on instilling a strong sense of dedication to education, and dressing properly for school is one of them. Just as we do not allow "low-rider" pants on boys, or midriff-bearing tops or revealing tops on our girls.

The Nathan Hale Info Book, which you all received this year outlines our entire dress code. In it, we mention that no holes are allowed above the knee. Because this became excessive, and many students to tried to negotiate the size and location of the holes, we will not allow any holes in pants. This includes the boys too. We understand that these "designer-inspired" pants are being sold everywhere, but they are suitable for home and on the weekends, not at school.

I thank you all for your understanding, and for reminding your child what is expected at school.
If you have any questions, please contact me.
unch will be served every day!
