Dr. Robert E. Appleby School Based Health Centers
Norwalk Public Schools works with two health care centers to provide school-based health center services in multiple schools across the district.
The Dr. Robert E. Appleby School Based Health Centers, a program of the Human Services Council, are onsite health center for students at Norwalk High School, Brien McMahon High School, Nathan Hale Middle School, Ponus Ridge STEAM Academy and West Rocks Middle School.
Your child can take advantage of their physical and/or mental health services. The goal of the Dr. Robert E. Appleby School Based Health Centers is to keep students healthy, in the classroom, and ready to learn.

- Comprehensive Physicals
- Immunizations
- Health Screenings
- Basic Laboratory Tests
- Health Education & Health Counseling
- Individual, Group and Family Counseling
